I probably wouldn't stay there again

The bed was not comfortable at all, too stiff. I could hear all the people come and go, and the rooms were very hot inside.

Off Street parking. They also had cameras in parking lot. Well lit

Parking lot was to small. Also had to leave our vehicle keys at front desk in case someone had to adjust our car to accomodate other vehicles.

Good option for business trip.

It was very clean.

It was kind of noisy becasue you could hear the people on the next room at night and walking down the stairs. Beside that it was good enough for the Price.

Great location, great people, great breakfast, incredibly priced, but the facilities need improving.

The breakfast was delicious (Mexican coffee is the best). The staff was very helpful and the location perfect being between the Cathedral area and the aqueduct area where we found great restaurants—Cuba and Chango—as well as sightseeing spots (like the amazing Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe).

The bathroom needs work: the shower handle fell off and the water temperature was extremely difficult to adjust. The room curtains were torn and although there were plenty of windows, there was no view.

fairly cheap but soulless.

staff not very friendly. bathroom not very clean, some hairs still in the bathroom. location a good fee blocks from the central plaza. overall, not great but you can get much better if you pay a little more
